The goal of the Master's Program is to provide students with in-depth and systematic knowledge of modern management theories, models, and practices in the healthcare system, as well as the ability to critically assess the complex dynamics of the global business environment. The program develops students' strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills through the use of modern, effective tools and technologies, enabling them to navigate healthcare management practices, healthcare services, financing, policy, law, and socio-economic processes, and to lead business activities effectively.
The program supports the formation of broadly educated healthcare organization managers who understand the essence of healthcare management and possess a wide range of tools and methods applicable in diverse professional situations. It also fosters students' leadership abilities and practical application of innovative strategies, while upholding ethical principles and a commitment to social responsibility in order to contribute positively to societal development.
