- Analyses current issues in the field of Innovative Business Management, systemic development trends; Evaluates them from different perspectives and in original ways, (including using modern technologies and innovations), independently makes a decision to develop a development strategy;
- Develops effective decision-making models and recommendations using appropriate scientific and analytical skills, data analysis and interpretation;
- Establishes relations with the academic and professional community at the local and international level to share knowledge and ideas, enters into discussions and presents knowledge and approaches, own conclusions and recommendations, especially through projects , in an appropriate, substantiated manner;

The core teaching philosophy of the program is "learning by doing". The used teaching methods are:

The study component of the program consists of 72 ECTS, which are distributed as follows:
- 48 ECTS - focused on the formation of a common core knowledge and professional skills;
- 24 ECTS - MA thesis/Project related to the Student’s own profile.
Courses allow students to enhance competences to successfully manage innovative strategic projects in the course of their business activity. The methods used are mainly based on “learning by doing” method, i.e. problem solving via interactive collaborative learning (including team discussions) and individual practical experience. Courses serve the development of widely used competencies in the field of business.
