Knowledge and Understanding:
- Describes the features of the field of business administration and management, modern theories, basic principles and concepts of basic disciplines;
- Discusses the specifics of civil engineering management and the factors affecting the sustainable development of the economic environment of operation, the organizational environment, and current business and entrepreneurial processes;
Skills:
- Identifies internal and external problems of the organization involved in construction management and, based on proper analysis, solves them by finding rational and knowledge-based ways, using planning, statistical and business methods;
- Manages business processes, develops adequate recommendations for decision-making using the organization's resources, based on appropriate data and sources, and outlines ways of further actions; In this process, uses business values and methods of evaluating development;
- Participates in the process of development and implementation of projects, operations and strategies;
- Develops and implements small projects of a practical nature of business management, establishes communication with professional circles and the interested public in both written and oral form, uses professional terminology and technologies relevant to the context;
Responsibility and Autonomy:
- Based on adequate self-assessment, performs managerial functions, understands the importance of the organization's social responsibility, sustainable development and business ethics principles, demonstrates the willingness and ability to develop independently.
