Key Summary
The Global BBA at NEOMA Business School is a 4-year course (BAC+4 approved), intended for students interested in the international level, the global economic environment, the global economic environment, entrepreneurship, business development, or project management.
It is a bespoke pathway, combining the basics of management, practical simulations, immersion in business, and international exposure. Over 4 years you will try out and test your skills and knowledge, choose your courses, languages, pathways, and internships, build on your experiences and gradually construct your own course in order to best prepare you for the career path that best suits you.
You will develop your curiosity, awareness of intercultural issues, and ability to critically analyze situations and propose innovative solutions with high added value. When you graduate this agility will take you to a successful career, anywhere in the world, working in multicultural teams. Your managerial and intercultural skills will be recognised and sought after by businesses for internationally-facing roles, whether your post is based in France or elsewhere.
Choosing the Global BBA, you will experience:
- An enriching multicultural journey with a 6-month to a 2-year academic immersion abroad, for an exchange or a double degree.
- Professional experiences throughout the programme completing 3 internships in France or abroad.
- Specialisation options to tailor your further studies (for students choosing the General Track)
Curriculum:
The first 2 years are common. You will have to choose from two tracks with different international immersion:
> General Track
- A 1-year or 6-month academic exchange in Year 3
- 250 renowned partners such as the University of San Diego (USA), Universidad de Los Andes (Colombia), Technical University of Munich (Germany)
- 4 options in Year 4: Master's option, Entrepreneurship option, Association option*, Work-study option* (*A strong command of French is recommended to fully integrate into this option)
- Reims, Rouen or Paris campuses
> Global Double degree CESEM Track
- A 2-year immersion to earn a double degree
- 23 prestigious international partners such as FGV Sao Paulo (Brazil), Concordia University (Canada), Nagoya University of Commerce & Business (Japan), Dublin City University (Ireland).
- In-depth language training (bilingual or trilingual), with a choice from 8 languages offered within the Track
- Reims campus
Your career after the Global BBA
After your four years of study, you have two options open to you: to begin your professional career, or to continue your studies to obtain a Bac+5, in France or abroad.
Continuing your studies
- 70% of graduates of the Global BBA continue their studies to the Master level.
When you have graduated, you can undertake university Masters courses, Masters of Science or Specialist Masters in business or engineering schools, or the Master in Management Programmes at the best institutions in France and abroad.
Graduates of the Global BBA are guaranteed the opportunity to continue their studies on one of the full-time MSc courses at NEOMA (on condition they have the level of English required by the program and after a validation and counseling interview with the director of the MSc concerned). Remember the NEOMA MSc courses have the benefit of giving you a Master-level qualification!
Entering the professional world
After the baccalaureate, you will have chosen the Global BBA because you wanted to work in businesses with an international outlook and evolve within a multicultural professional environment.
4 years later, your managerial and intercultural skills will be recognized and sought after by businesses for internationally facing roles, whether your post is based in France or elsewhere.
