Introduction
Master in Management
At the faculty of Economy of Nakhchivan State University beside "Economy," "World Economy," " Accountancy and calculation" specialties as well as the staff training of bachelor's degree of "Management" specialty is carried out.
In staff preparation in the field of "Management" our primary goal is to formalize the ability of managing and leading effectively in students.
Our main mission is to train qualified managers who carry the resources of the institution in the best way.
The students of "Management" specialty must be trained on the principle "the product or service should be determined by a wide range of producers."
During the staff training of "Management" specialty, practical training, business games, roundtables, professional meetings, preparation of reports and discussion of problems, such as active learning methods are applied.
Also, in learning process the individualized (material tests) and visual (slides, charts, graphs, pictures, documents, samples, etc.) materials are used as training methods.
