Introduction

Master in Human Rights

The specialty of Law was established in 1996 at NSU. 50 students were accepted to full-time and part-time departments of Law specialty in the same year.

The chair of Law subjects was organized in 1997 at Nakhchivan State University. Fakhraddin Nagiyev was the first head of the chair. The experienced lawyer, candidate on Law Subjects Najaf Orujov replaced him in 2001. The assistant-professor Shukur Mammadov was selected as the head of the chair from 2004. Ph.Doctor of Law Gahraman Behbudov leads from 2006.

14 staff work in the chair, one of them is a Ph.doctor, 2 are Ph.doctor on History, 4 are senior teachers, 7 are teachers. In addition, 5 teachers teach part-time, 6 teachers teach per-hour.
