Wine shouldn’t be shrouded in mystery, and knowledge shouldn’t feel out of reach! This course is perfect for the intermediate student ready to continue their exploration of the world of wine. Wine 201 picks up where Wine 101 left off and covers a broad range of topics, from fundamentals of fermentation to styles of sparkling wine.

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive foundation of wines of the world to the enthusiast and professional alike. Wine 201 is divided into 5 modules, each introducing key topics and building a broad base of wine knowledge. Infographics and maps help to make a whole host of wine information accessible and easily digestible.

Get ready to explore the impact of a growing region’s climate and topography on a wine’s style, methods of wine production, and wine made from popular and lesser-known grape varieties. The course is 100% self-paced, you have a full 12-months of unrestricted access and there is an optional exam at the end so you can earn your certificate! No prerequisites, although Wine 101 or equivalent knowledge is strongly recommended.
