The Master of Science in Management Economics program uses the Singapore economic environment as a reference, integrating economics, finance, management strategy, and accounting. Students gain a comprehensive understanding of economic policy, economic management, and business strategy. The curriculum also includes relevant field trips to enhance students' macroeconomic management skills and comprehensive ability to formulate macroeconomic policies, and provides a valuable platform for networking with Singaporean government officials and business leaders. The program is open to government officials, business managers, university administrators, and professionals from China.
The curriculum design emphasizes the integration of theoretical foundations and practical case studies, aiming to enhance students' decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and cultivate innovative strategic thinking. The courses are taught by experts and scholars with a deep understanding of China's national conditions and a broad knowledge of both Chinese and Western cultures. The curriculum also emphasizes field trips to Singapore, extending the classroom learning model beyond the classroom. Each student is required to participate in visits and lectures arranged by the university office. This includes visiting and observing government departments and corporate institutions in Singapore, exchanging public and corporate management experiences with government officials and business managers, and strengthening interaction and connections. Various departments at Nanyang Technological University also frequently hold lectures and seminars, which students are welcome to attend.
The Master of Science in Executive Economics program is a one-year program taught in Chinese. Students can choose elective courses from other disciplines within the Master of Public Administration program.
Graduates will be awarded a Master of Science (Managerial Economics) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The most outstanding graduates will also receive gold medals awarded by several prestigious institutions.

Programme Structure & Duration
- The course is full-time, lasts one year, and consists of three semesters; semesters generally begin in March, June, and October.
- This course consists of eight courses plus a comprehensive analysis and application report. Two of them are compulsory courses, and the other six are elective courses.
- The course uses a credit system. Students who successfully complete 30 credits and meet the grade point requirements will receive a Master of Management Economics degree from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
