Introduction
Combine your passion for the environment and science and explore how you could help protect and preserve ecosystems with an Environmental and Conservation Sciences degree from Murdoch. Help forge a path to a sustainable future, ensuring a thriving planet for generations to come.
When you study a Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Conservation Sciences at Murdoch, youโll be on the path to helping solve some of the worldโs most complex problems. Youโll develop practical, creative-thinking, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills, both inside and outside of the classroom.
Youโll learn from environmental practitioners and internationally respected academics, who are experts of the natural world and the way humans interact with it.
Each day will be an adventure as you learn through field work and laboratory work. Youโll also contribute to real-world research projects at our on-campus conservation category wetlands and banksia woodlands, and at exciting locations across Western Australia, including our iconic coastlines or our diverse bushlands.
Murdochโs bush campus is located at the heart of an incredibly biodiverse region, which means our campus acts as a living lab for students with direct access to iconic species such as black cockatoos and our emblematic banksias.
