I chose Modul University Vienna for its strong reputation in tourism and hospitality education, its international environment, and its great location in Vienna, a city known for its rich culture and vibrant tourism industry. The university has rather exceeded my expectations with its good-quality curriculum, professional faculty, and many networking opportunities. A particularly memorable learning experience was visiting hotel properties as part of my Service Quality Management class during my Master program. This 'learning by doing' approach allowed me to see and understand how hotels operate up close.
