Our program explores the fundamentals in law, leadership, accounting, and economics coupled with a variety of electives in areas such as risk management, investments, entrepreneurship, human resources, and international economics—making our degree not only flexible but also customizable.

BBA in Management graduates will be well suited to enter the workforce with leading companies, including TrueNorth, World Class Industries, United Fire Group, PepsiCo, Geonetric, ClickStop, Highway Equipment Company, Rockwell Collins, Transamerica, General Mills, Great America Financial, New York Life, Geico, and Hy-Vee.

Whatever company they choose, graduates will be prepared to succeed in a variety of roles such as Supervisors, Management Trainees, Business Analysts, Benefits Specialists, Supply Chain Specialists, Service Managers, Customer Service Representatives, Document Specialists, and Business Owners.

Graduates may also choose to continue to graduate studies. Qualified Management BBA students may take up to three graduate classes that will count toward both their undergraduate degree as well as a future graduate degree.

Course Format

Our BBA in Management is now available 100% online for ultimate convenience and flexibility, with accelerated 5- and 10-week courses.

Tuition Reimbursement

Mount Mercy University accepts tuition reimbursement from employees and employers who have the benefit available to them. Students receiving tuition reimbursement are allowed up to 45 days after course completion to pay their tuition.

Students must complete Mount Mercy’s core curriculum plus elective hours to satisfy the minimum credit hours required for graduation.
