Subjects of each course
This master's degree is organized into the following five categories:
Cycle #01. Start The objective of cycle #01 is to understand the relationship between society and trends in social and educational innovation, understanding how they work, with keys for reflection. In addition to inspiration, the fundamental thing about the cycle is the orientation to work in a coherent line and know what the context and content are for the projects they are going to create.
At the end of this cycle, each participant will have defined their ideology as an agent of social and educational change in a process that has as its starting point personal and team reflection and that focuses on inspiration to choose research topics that are based on the desire to learn, not from the theoretical framework.
In the startup cycle a journey of inspiration will take place.
Cycle #02. Team: Community Creation This cycle establishes the tone, energy and pace of work that the participants will have to maintain as a work team, both during the face-to-face workshops and in the project work sessions, online work and the trips.
At the end of the cycle, the participants will be constituted as a fully functioning team, they will have defined the work areas of their project(s) and the team that will make up them.
Cycle #03. Development This cycle focuses on creation. The team will develop the field work of their projects, with longer stays and trips, in an introspective but not introverted creative process, since the work and dialogue with other agents will be constant. In this process, the participating people will go from “proto-team” to a team, with a clear shared purpose: project/research and well-defined roles in the project.
At the end of the cycle, the projects are validated and re-conceptualized throughout the Master's community and network. The cycle takes place in a year and a half, in addition, the participant chooses which subjects to delve into through the selection of 6 of the 13 proposed modules.
This cycle focuses on Project/Research.

Cycle #05. Community After the presentation of projects it is time to "celebrate" what the team made up of the master's students has learned and the new skills and knowledge that each person has acquired.
