About: The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Mapúa University develops skills for business professionals and entrepreneurs. Students choose Marketing Management or General Management tracks. The programme covers opportunity-seeking, task and people management, and quantitative techniques to meet organizational goals. It fosters ethical, conscientious leadership, enterprise, stakeholder responsibility, and corporate citizenship.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can enter marketing, general management, business development, operations, sales, or launch small enterprises. Roles include marketing coordinator, management trainee, operations analyst, sales manager, project coordinator and entrepreneur. Employers include corporations, startups, nonprofits and government. Career opportunities emphasize leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and ethical management.
This program is designed to equip students with the relevant attitude and skills to excel as business professionals and/or entrepreneurs.
Students will have a choice of two (2) tracks for their major: Marketing Management and General Management.
Graduates of the program are expected to be adept at seeking business opportunities, at managing tasks and people, and at applying quantitative techniques that are helpful in the achievement of organizational goals.
