This flexible Master of Business Administration program combines recognized academic excellence with a hands-on, applied learning model that focuses on international management and pays close attention to leadership development and personal skills. This real-world approach helps you develop creative problem-solving skills and confidence.
The MIB Trieste MBA provides a high level of flexibility: in-person or online, full-time or part-time. Thanks to the hybrid formula, you can opt to participate on campus or online, according to what your business or personal schedule requires.
Moreover, you can complete your MBA degree at your own pace (full-time 1 year, or part-time 2 years) and customize your curriculum line-up. The MBA is a Double Degree Master’s Program, offered in partnership with the University of Trieste. This means that our MBA is recognized by the MUR, the Ministry of Universities and Research in Italy.
Now in its 33rd edition, this MBA is among the small number of MBAs accredited by AMBA - Association of MBAs, the international certifying body that only accredits the leading 2% of the world's business schools with MBA programs, focusing on impact, employability, and learning outcomes.

Scholarships and Funding
Merit-based Scholarships
MIB Trieste offers these scholarships to candidates that the Admission Board recognizes as having greater growth potential. Scholarships are provided thanks to the contribution of the sponsor companies and are limited.
The School supports those who decide to invest in a complete on-campus experience, choosing the full-time in-person formula; this choice requires interrupting work and incurring additional costs for travel and accommodation.
For this reason, the Scholarships for those who attend full-time in-person reach up to 70%
Scholarships offered by the School:
- for the full-time (1 year) in-person MBA: Scholarships up to 70% of the tuition fee;
- for the part-time MBA (2 years): Scholarships up to 30% of the tuition fee.
- for the online MBA (1 or 2 years): Scholarships up to 30% of the tuition fee.
Corporate Merit-Based Scholarships
Corporate partners provide full and partial merit-based scholarships to talented candidates who meet the specific criteria.
New scholarships may be added in the coming weeks as agreements with companies are finalized.
For the first time, starting from the upcoming 2025-26 MBA edition, Snam S.p.A. has decided to fund a Merit-Based Scholarship covering the full tuition fee for the Master's program.
