Key Summary
The aim of the Master is to train a HR Specialist profile with practical and immediately usable skills for the entry into the job market of Junior figures, and for the completion and consolidation of the know-how of those who have already gained experience in the HR field.
At the end of the Master, participants will be able to understand the organizational logic of a company, the role of the HR function, and to independently manage a Selection process, carry out an Evaluation of potential and performance, build a Personnel Development plan, design Training. These skills can be used both in the HR function in the company and in a consultancy context.

The Project Work of MELIUSform Business School is part of the Masters in Human Resources Management and allows participants to plan the development of a project in the HR field, an experience highly transferable in the job market.
