Master in Finance and Control with Excel and AI Approach

The Master is completely practical, as participants will be asked, throughout the entire program, to:

• complete numerous exercises using the most advanced Excel functions;
• engage with real cases taken from corporate best practices , with classroom discussion of the technicalities used and the errors to avoid;
• contribute to the development of a concrete project (economic-financial plan) by participating in the Project Work in a team

Furthermore, the Master contains a 3-day cycle of exercises in Advanced Excel (also using Power Query and Power Bi) entirely dedicated to the sequential development of the following 3 processes:

1. economic-financial budget analysis,
2. budgeting,
3. creation of an industrial plan,

all starting from the same data from a randomly selected company.
The creation of a Financial Viability Check model according to the logic required for the evaluation of projects in the community context represents a plus.

The Master is available in different ways:

• In the classroom in the welcoming and comfortable rooms of the Milan and Rome offices.
• Live Streaming in real time with the teachers and the classroom.
• On Demand, immediately available.

The outgoing profiles will be able to master the programming and control processes, from the final analysis of the Budgets to advanced Control models, for a global and strategic vision of Business Management.

The Master in Finance and Control was born from the need to train resources with high competence in the operational and strategic processes of administration, finance and management control. • collect, manage, analyze and interpret business data and information in an accurate and meaningful way thanks to the most relevant use of Excel and its most advanced functions (Power Excel);
• communicate the results of data analysis clearly and effectively to stakeholders, in order to guide decision-making processes within the company and foster a “Data Driven ” culture within the organization, also thanks to the introduction of advanced Dashboards into the program using Power BI;
• govern the company's new economic and financial strategies with the support and integration of AI into internal business processes and in the redesign of new operational flows;
