Study Game Design

Are you creative and interested in designing and developing computer games? In the Game Design course, you will learn the conceptual, artistic, and technical basics of computer game development. The course deals with the implementation of games for different platforms such as PC, smartphones, and virtual reality.

On a conceptual level, you deal with the design and planning of game projects and content. In the artistic area, you will deal with the basics of visual design and learn how to use the corresponding graphics software. At the technical level, you will acquire the basics of programming and computer science. Working with common game engines, you will learn how to implement game ideas and other real-time applications.

You can deepen the knowledge you have gained in one of the two specializations “Game Art” or “Game Engineering”. The project work that takes place on a regular basis enables you to build up an extensive portfolio for a successful application in the games industry during your studies.
