mega plus is a nine-month, project-­based, master's programme geared to young professionals wishing to fast-track their careers in the entertainment industry through specialised training in audiovisual company management and content production.

mega plus is designed to prepare the next generation of industry entrepreneurs and executives to enter the sector with the skills and know-how required to operate in a digital, audience-driven industry, adding value to the projects and companies they work with.

With a 90% job placement rate Mega has become a renowned reference both for young professionals who want to enter and grow in the entertainment sector and for European audiovisual companies seeking new business talent.

Project Development (creative development, transmedia storytelling, collaboration process and identifying target audience); Project Strategies and Business Planning; Project Financing; Project Analysis, Packaging and Positioning; Physical Production (Film & TV); Distribution (cross­‐platform); marketing (traditional and digital); International Markets, Sales & Acquisitions; Legal & Business affairs; Company Management and Business Administration; Developing Crossmedia Financing, Production and distribution Strategies; the New Television Industry; Presentation and Communication Skills; and Leadership and Management Skills.

Impact

Participants will have completed a company or project business plan, which includes a sustainable business model, maximised revenue and marketing opportunities, and optimised intellectual property (IP) value across formats and platforms, and will have established a strong foundation to their cross-sector international professional network.


Course Structure

Residential Training > Online Tutorials and Internships > Mega Few

The course is made up of plenary sessions, group tutorials and individual meetings with experts. The programme is composed of 14 weeks of intensive residential training; a 6 months internship period in an entertainment company and online consultation period and a Final Evaluation Week (mega few).



Target Group

Geared to young producers, recent film school/university graduates and executives with an excellent track record. Open to participants from around the world.
