Introduction
Management Institute of Canada (MIC) has developed an "Executive Management Program" to address an ever-growing global need for educated, competent, and effective managers and executives.
This unique program has been developed specifically for those who are currently in management positions or those who seek advancement in their current positions.
The program places emphasis on the practical application of the academic curriculum and prepares the participants for the executive management position as it is applied in a real-life work environment.
Also benefiting from our program are former executives in the large or small companies who would like to receive a refresher course as well as those who plan to enter academic institutions to obtain MBA degrees.
The entire program consists of the following modules:
- Marketing & Marketing Management
- Financial Management
- Operation Management
- Organizational Behavior & Human Resources
- Leadership
- Business Launch / Re-Launch
The duration of the program is one quarter, (12 weeks). Sessions are held online, twice per week and each lecture will last two hours. Participants will be tasked to complete weekly assignments and the final two weeks will be dedicated to launching or re-launching an actual (or virtual) business.
