Master 1- Freedoms Law - International and European Human Rights Law

The Master 1 aims to train lawyers in international and European law (EU and Council of Europe), with a specialization in the Law of Freedoms. It leads to deepening fundamental knowledge in international and European law, and prepares for further study more specialized in Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

• 3 fields of legal study: International law, EU law, Council of Europe law
• 1 area of excellence: The Law of Freedoms
• 50 students maximum

Presentation

• High-level training in Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in both international and European law
• Legal training, open to multidisciplinarity (anthropology, globalization, etc.) and professionalization
• Training enriched with specific seminars: Bioethics and Human Rights, Religions and Human Rights, Minority Law, Humanitarian Law
• Proximity to the UNESCO Chair "Memory, cultures and interculturality"
• Training benefiting from a large network of professional partners, associations, international organizations (NGOs or IGOs)
• French and foreign audiences
• Great interactivity between the teaching team and the students
