Introduction
Programme overview
The oldest programme covering European economic law in Scandinavia at the best-ranked law faculty in the Nordics provides an in-depth understanding of the practical and theoretical aspects of European economic law, and the operation of the rules of the European market in a global context.
The programme provides an excellent foundation in the EU constitutional framework and in the workings of the most important European rules governing how businesses operate in Europe. The programme is directed and taught by expert teachers from Lund University, supported by leading academics from other top-ranked universities, and with input from practitioners in key EU institutions, such as the EU Commission or the Court of Justice of the EU, in national authorities and in leading law firms.
Students are able to pursue a one-year or two-year programme. If the students choose to continue for the second year, they have extensive possibilities to tailor their studies in order to suit their interests and future career ambitions.
