Key Summary
The Master’s Degree in Strategic Management trains consultants and managers to design innovative, sustainable strategies for organisations operating in complex markets and ecosystems. It integrates managerial, legal and economic perspectives to address global, national and local challenges. Through close student–faculty interaction and collaborations with public, private, scientific and social actors, the programme offers a multidimensional view of the economic, institutional and social dynamics shaping global and local markets. Students learn to analyse megatrends, manage organisational change and translate strategy into impact.
