The Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Business Administration provides students with a solid theoretical and applied grounding in the methods and content of business administration.
The programme combines theoretical knowledge in the management, economics, quantitative, IT and legal disciplines with practical skills through the analysis of challenging real-world situations right from the start.
The programme is characterised by its strong multidisciplinarity and marked international ethos. Information technology and data analysis occupy a central role, with basic-level coding workshops and the use of specific software packages for data processing and interpretation completing the curriculum.

The Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Business Administration offers an excellent education experience designed to meet the challenges of the global market. Thanks to an interdisciplinary approach, the programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, allowing students to gain an in-depth understanding of business dynamics and international markets. This hands-on approach is designed to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills, which are fundamental elements for managing the complexities of contemporary business.
In the first two years, the programme provides a broad and solid grounding in the basic disciplines - management, economics, mathematics, statistics, law and coding - accompanied by the study of accounting, marketing, business strategy, finance, macroeconomics, industrial economics and quantitative methodologies applied to data analysis.
In the third year, students can specialise by choosing one of the following majors: Marketing, Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management, and International Business and Strategy. The programme also includes workshops and project activities aimed at developing practical and applied skills, which are essential for a comprehensive education in management.
The curriculum also includes the study of a second foreign language, humanities courses, a computer lab and the Grand Challenge project, aimed at strengthening both hard and soft skills. To complete the programme, there is an internship or a business project on concrete cases, which allows students to put the knowledge acquired into practice and tackle real-world problems.
