Key Summary
About: The Master in Public Health and Physical Activity at Lithuanian Sports University (LSU) trains practitioners and researchers to design health-enhancing physical activity programmes and public health strategies. It draws on movement and sports science expertise at an institution with over nine decades' experience. Graduates will plan, implement and evaluate health promotion policies and projects across education, social and public sectors.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can pursue research or managerial roles in public health institutions, academia, local health departments, health care organizations and private wellness centers. Related paths include health promotion specialist, programme manager, policy advisor, researcher and community health coordinator.
The aim of this program is to prepare public health practitioners, researchers, developers, and experts of health-enhancing physical activity programs and projects as well as specialists who are able to make and develop strategies and health promotion policies. The specialists will be able to manage and pursue their activities in educational, social, public and private sectors.
