Key Summary
The MBA program is offered in a full-time format. The entire duration of the program is 12 months. It has a general management focus and provides learners with hard knowledge and soft skills in business and management within a global context.

The MBA program is offered in a full-time format over 12 months. It has a general management focus and provides learners with the hard know-how and soft skills in business and management within a global context.
- 1-year full-time program: 12 months composed of core courses, electives, volunteer work, and research projects.
- Optional internship: After the coursework is completed, students can decide to do an internship of at least 15 weeks and earn an extra 10 ECTS credits.
- Students are required to earn 60 ECTS credits to graduate from the program.
- Classes are taking place from Monday to Friday.

After the program is completed, students can earn an extra 10 ECTS with an internship.

*A minimum number of participants is required to open each course every year.
- Learning goal 1: LSB students will have internalized a value system where ethics and corporate social responsibility are important.
Objective: The students will be able to identify the problems of ethics and corporate social responsibility, as well as forecast the costs and benefits of good ethical conduct related to a company’s business. - Learning goal 2: LSB students will have the capacity for critical and analytical thinking.
Objective: The students will discover problems and offer possible solutions, as well as identify possible risks of a proposed solution. - Learning goal 3: LSB students will have the capacity for adaptation which is necessary for doing business in the global environment.
Objective: The students will identify key global trends in their discipline and discuss the influence of those trends on the entire activity of a company. - Learning goal 4: LSB students will communicate effectively in an appropriate way for management positions.
Objective: The students will develop communication skills needed in business, such as oral, written, and presentation skills together with the use of new technologies to communicate effectively. - Learning goal 5: LSB students will be able to understand how to motivate and influence others.
Objective: The students will identify an appropriate leadership approach to every context.

A limited number of scholarships are available from the Luxembourg School of Business.
Students can apply for the scholarship only after completing the whole application process on our website, submitting their documents and paying the 100 euro fee. The Scholarship can cover up from 5% to 50% of the tuition fees.
Scholarships
- Non-traditional backgrounds: This scholarship is awarded to students who come from non-traditional backgrounds, such as Aerospace engineering, Artificial intelligence, Astrophysics, Biotechnology, and Cognitive science, among others.
- Emerging markets: This scholarship is awarded to students who come from emerging markets, such as countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
- Social engagement: This scholarship is awarded to students who are passionate about social engagement and who have a proven track record of giving back to their communities.
- International Entrepreneur: Awarded to candidates who have started
their own company and are currently running it. - Leadership & Innovation Scholarship: Awarded to students who have strong leadership skills and are passionate about innovation. Candidates should demonstrate the impact their innovative ideas had on their organizations.
- Merit-Based Scholarship: Awarded to outstanding candidates due to their excellent academic track record to acquire business knowledge and managerial skills to continue thriving in the business world.
Scholarship criteria are based on being able to provide evidence based on:
- Outstanding Academic record or graduation with honours
- References from university/professors
- Letter of motivation
- Financial need (the financial need aspect will be judged based on the student’s/parents’ annual revenue proof)
