Introduction
Economics is designed to provide students with an in-depth exposure to the applied tools and techniques necessary for entry-level positions requiring a fundamental knowledge of economics. Those positions are typically found in such specialties as market demand analysis, business planning and program management. Students may expect their careers to progress as they demonstrate the ability to draw valid conclusions from multiple layers of economic data.
Students who wish to major in any of the School of Business programs will be considered PRE-BUSINESS MAJORS until officially admitted to the School. Students must apply for entrance into a specific School of Business program during the second semester of their sophomore year.
