If you're an aspiring compositor, visual effects specialist or 3D animator who wants to work in post-production, then our visual effects concentration is the path for you.

Our hands-on curriculum allows students to improve their technical abilities and apply those enhanced skills to their chosen profession. As a student, you'll be exposed to every stage of the animation process from storyboarding to compositing and scene finishing.

Our Bachelor of Science in Animation Degree with a concentration in Visual Effects is 120 credit hours and 36 months in length.

Learn to build virtual worlds. In this course, visual effects students are introduced to compositing and integration techniques commonly utilized by film and video professionals. Learn how to accurately reconstruct and composite computer-generated elements to properly match a high-definition film or video source, while working in a node-based compositing environment.
