KES College proceeded with the complete restructuring and modernization of its previously registered and operating programme of Journalism with Public Relations, while retaining its initial framework and its time-tested data. Changes in the programme include full modernisation, extensive upgrading of infrastructure and equipment, in-depth training of teaching staff, and academic advisers for Journalism with Public Relations from foreign universities.

The students of the Programme do their practice at the college's Sound and Image Studio and at the online radio station “Noise Radio”, creating their own radio broadcast and presenting them through live streaming. "Noise Radio" is hosted on students' website "Noise Air" www.noiseair.com.
