    About : The Church Leadership program prepares students for effective ministry leadership in diverse church contexts. This postgraduate programme combines theological education with practical skills, focusing on leadership dynamics, community engagement, and spiritual formation. Students engage in critical thinking and reflective practice to develop their leadership style over the course duration.
    Career Outcomes : Graduates can pursue various roles, including lead pastors, ministers, and non-profit leaders. They may also serve as Christian educators, consultants, or in community outreach programs, drawing on their skills to impact their communities positively and lead congregations with integrity.

KMBC Church Leadership program equips and enables students to work in a church setting in a non-pastoral way. This program will prepare you for lay leadership roles in the church such as associate pastor, a peer counsellor, small group leader, visitation pastor, and more. Students entering this program feel God's call to leadership within the church, but not specifically to preaching.

While providing strong leadership in a church setting, our graduates can support the senior pastor and provide the skills necessary for the church’s leadership staff, such as a board, council, or team, to work together for the church's good.
