Bachelor’s in Public Governance at KTU is uniquely designed so that you will be able to learn the best public management practices not only in Lithuania but also in the US. Since 2019, the programme has offered a dual degree with the University of Central Florida (UCF), which is located in Orlando, USA.
During your studies at KTU and UCF, you will gain knowledge of theories of public administration, the competencies of public sector management practice, and public service administration skills. You will have an in-depth understanding of the principles of civil society and volunteering, legal regulation, ethics and corruption prevention, and will learn how to carry out empirical social research.
After graduation, you will be able to seek a career in public sector institutions, state institutions, non-governmental organisations, as well as business organisations at the national and international level.

Funding opportunities
All international students automatically become candidates to receive the Scholarship for International Students, which is assigned to first-year Bachelor's or Master's students with strong academic records and motivation.
The residents of the European Union countries and the global citizens of Lithuanian origin can apply for state-funded study places. This means that all the applicants who fall into one of the aforementioned categories will participate in the general admission competition for state-funded study places and get the chance to study free of charge, depending on their admission score.
