Key Summary

About : The Business Psychology (B.A.) program focuses on the intersection of psychology and business principles. It covers topics such as organizational behavior, change management, and the psychological aspects of transformation within companies. This program equips students with the skills to understand and manage human behavior in a business context.
Career Outcomes : Graduates can pursue careers in various fields such as organizational development, human resources, change management, and consultancy. Opportunities may also arise in corporate training, organizational psychology, and project management roles.

You are convinced that people are at the heart of a company – and that it is the job of managers to understand people and provide them with the best working conditions. This task is particularly important in transformation processes: If companies want to change, then it’s about taking people with you and inspiring them with new ideas. To do this, you would like to acquire practical skills in the areas of management and psychology (without focusing on psychological therapy).

The course concentrates on various psychological traditions with a focus on work, personnel and organizational psychology – and in addition to management modules, there is a very special focus on change management. Interpretative and qualitative methods play a major role. During a semester abroad, you can deepen your skills at one of our partner universities.
