They gain an understanding of how to build and manage teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and pitch their ideas to investors and customers.
This specialization is ideal for students who are interested in pursuing careers as entrepreneurs, innovators, or intrapreneurs within established organizations.
Courses
Innovative Business Models** – Apply design methodologies and innovation tools while working closely with a client company with a real problem to solve. Study business model innovation, learn how to identify new business opportunities, design, and test breakthrough concepts, and develop a viable business strategy and operating model.
**The offering of electives varies each semester and a list is published prior to the opening of registration. Courses in Contemporary Topics for each subject area are often presented to ensure that students have a chance to delve deeply into current business issues in the ecosystem.
