Introduction
The goal of the Philological Education, English Language, and Literature program is to prepare in the field of the basics of the humanities, social, economic, mathematical, and natural sciences; obtaining a higher professionally profiled education with an emphasis on subject-specific knowledge and their application in practice; increasing interest in the pedagogical activity, the formation of pedagogical motivation; development of logical, critical thinking of students; the formation of universal, professional and unique competencies that contribute to his social mobility and stability in the labor market.
The graduate must know the content of the fundamentals of humanitarian, social, economic, mathematical, and natural science knowledge; the main provisions of the sections of philology: a practical course of the English language, the functional grammar of the English language, regional studies of the English language, stylistics of the English language, literature of the country of the English language, history of the English language, lexicology of the English language, theoretical phonetics of the English language, theoretical grammar of the English language, theory and practice of translation, comparative typology of English and mother tongue; content and structure of school curricula, programs, and textbooks.
