Introduction

Genetics and Bioengineering is one of the fastest growing disciplines and there is an increasing need for geneticists and bioengineers shaped with contemporary engineering standards.

We aim to train open-minded geneticists and bioengineers, aware of local and global problems, and sensitive about ethical issues.

The program focuses on practical applications of theoretical framework supplied at the undergraduate level, building upon the research arm and developing industry-specific practices. Cooperation with the industry is one of the main aims of the program in order to add to solution-finding skills and a mindset of research-backed practicality.
