Los profesionales en Dirección del Factor Humano deben poseer sensibilidad para diagnosticar la cultura y el clima organizacional; capacidad para comprender la política institucional sobre su capital humano, en niveles de capacidad, potencialidad y necesidades de cambio; habilidad para generar acciones que fortalezcan la participación y compromiso de su factor humano con el crecimiento de la organización.
EAN offers a study plan for Technicians and Graduates in Human Factor Management legitimized by an Advisory Council of companies committed to the institutional project. Teachers have extensive training and professional experience and are trained in the management of teaching strategies to promote the acquisition of professional skills. The practical training of students is carried out through the analysis of real cases of companies associated with EAN, which present their problems for treatment within the framework of the subjects. Pre-professional internships are carried out in companies and discussion centers with experts in Administration Sciences.
Scope of the University Analyst Title in Human Resources Administration
Los egresados estarán en condiciones de:
- Interpret and apply legal standards related to labor law, social security and work environment necessary to administratively manage human resources in organizations.
- Implementar registraciones y circuitos administrativos legales vinculados a la contratación y al pago de haberes del personal en relación de dependencia.
- Detectar necesidades, diseñar, coordinar y evaluar programas de capacitación de recursos humanos.
- Advise organizations internally or externally regarding the positioning and repositioning of human resources, based on the competencies required to achieve business objectives.
Scope of the Degree in Human Factor Management
Los egresados estarán en condiciones de:
- Seleccionar, organizar y administrar los recursos humanos de organizaciones de distinto tipo, actividad y envergadura, integrando en sus cuadros de conducción o staff.
- Participate from the perspective of the human factor in the development of new ventures, both in the area of manufacturing and services, as a member of said organizations or as an independent advisor.
- Guide companies towards growth, developing them in the search for new business opportunities, through the strategic participation of their human factor, as a member of said organizations or as an independent advisor.
