This is exactly where IU's Master of Arts in International Management comes in. With the Master in International Management degree at IU you have the opportunity to not only gain a top degree in business and management but also specialise in a field that is attractive to you. Study online or on campus; with IU, you can choose.
This programme is available onsite at IU's international campus in Berlin, and you’ll have the option to continue with an 18-month post-study work visa, which allows you to work in and explore Germany. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to learn in small study groups and apply your knowledge practically.

Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you lead, organise, budget and keep the view of the bigger picture. You are responsible for the planning, implementation, acceptance and post-processing of projects. This can involve product launches, website relaunches, business restructuring and similar projects. As part of these projects, your role is primarily to coordinate and delegate the corresponding roles and be available as the project contact partner.
Change Manager
Change Management involves all projects, activities, measures and duties that effect wide-reaching changes in a business. For the most part, it involves pursuing new strategies, change developed strategies, updating technical and organisational systems, improving processes and procedures or shaping and changing the habits of organisation employees. As a Brand Manager, your main task is to strategically develop, position and coordinate a company's brand or image with the goal of making it highly recognisable and differentiating it from other companies. As part of this, your responsibilities include cross-product strategy planning using effective external communication. As a Brand Manager, you also design innovative, cross-channel media campaigns that are implemented, analysed and optimised nationally and internationally.
