As a graduate of our Bachelorโs programme in Cyber Security, you will be familiar with the complexity of security measures, and aware of targeted industry-specific topics.
You will have the necessary knowledge to create security concepts and carry out relevant tests. This will enable you to defend against cyber-attacks with the help of secure software and system architecture.
After graduation, you may, for example, be part of an IT security department or system architecture team. You may also wish to pursue a career in digital forensics, penetration testing, auditing, red teaming or as a cyber incident responder.
IT Security Consultant
Help companies defend their most valuable data, and offer ways in which they can prevent attacks on the data of their customers. Develop robust and sophisticated security strategies, and strengthen companiesโ resilience to cyber threats. As an IT security consultant, youโll also be responsible for testing existing defence strategy, and offer solutions to existing weak spots.
Ethical Hacker/Pentester
Test your hacking skills and challenge yourself to find the areas where IT systems are sensitive for an attack. Combine advanced technical skills with a high level of creativity, and work in the service of companies to actively look for breaches in their security protocols.
System-/Network-/Firewall-Administrator
Become the main contact point for all firewall and network infrastructure responsibilities. Develop, implement, monitor and maintain security protocols throughout entire networks. Coordinate and manage network and security projects, while actively looking to optimise IT infrastructure solutions.
