Training Objectives
This program aims to train professionals capable of planning, implementing and leading eco-innovation initiatives within organizations. It emphasizes the intersection between technological advances and strategic management, with a particular focus on the sustainable luxury industry. Graduates will be prepared to stimulate innovation while promoting sustainability and responsible practices in these dynamic sectors.

This Specialized Master is more particularly focused on activities corresponding to ITECH specialties such as textiles, materials and plastics, cosmetics, paints and coatings, leather, but it has also trained participants from mechanics, electronics, IT, biotechnology, agri-food, among others, in innovation.
Organization of training
The training can be carried out under student status, work-study (apprenticeship or professionalization contract), or continuing education for an employee. It takes place from October to the end of September. The total hourly volume of the training is 500 hours.
The training takes place in 2 phases:
- A teaching period from October to April, organized at a rate of 2 weeks of teaching for two weeks of mission in the company.
- A five-month full-time activity phase in a company from May to the end of September, which ends with the completion of a professional thesis.
Certification is accessible through the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE). Obtaining the diploma is subject to validation of the four blocks of skills.
Bridges and equivalences are possible under certain conditions.
Methods used
The training modules are delivered by professionals who are experts in the areas of management, innovation and application sectors related to the Specialized Masters.
The majority of courses are organized into tutorials or practical work on concrete cases from real or fictitious situations, to enable a better understanding of the transversality of the teachings and the link with the professional environment.
Assessment methods
The various courses are assessed by practical work, case studies, reports and defences. An overall assessment of skills is carried out jointly with the company at the end of the industrial mission during the defence of the professional thesis.
The grades obtained allow ECTS to be validated: 45 for the academic part and 30 for the company mission and professional thesis part.
Obtaining the diploma is subject to the acquisition of 75 ECTS.
To achieve overall certification, the candidate must validate the three blocks of the skills framework. In the event of partial validation, the validated blocks remain acquired.
