Introduction
The education in Digital Design and Interactive Technologies is for you who want to shape the digital technology of the future from a critical and exploratory perspective. The study combines technology, design and social understanding, so that you will be able to create meaningful and value-creating solutions.
On the three-year bachelor's programme, you learn to approach technology analytically and understand how different systems, services and products are used in our society. You learn to ask curious questions and critically explore technologies: Who are we developing the solution for? What does it mean when we design in certain ways? And what ethical consequences do our design choices have?
With the education, you not only gain insight into technology, but also the ability to develop prototypes for digital solutions. You learn to program as part of the design process and build prototypes that can be powered.
An important part of the education is also to explore existing technologies and their use situations through qualitative and quantitative studies that give you a broad insight into digital societies.
The teaching is practice-oriented with group work. As an integral part of the education, you will work with companies and solve real cases along the way, so you learn to enter and work in professional contexts.
The education is offered in Danish, but courses are included where the teaching takes place in English.
