Introduction
In the general course, the students work daily with their teacher to achieve an objective, they study written and audio documents in French which allows them to understand the use of grammar, vocabulary, and phonetics with cultural notions of language use in situations. The students will then have to express themselves orally and in writing in a similar situation in the class to reuse what has been seen in class.
Workshop
After or before their general course, our students participate in workshops. In these workshops, each day they will discuss a different topic with the teacher in order to deepen their knowledge and it is also the opportunity for them to ask their teacher specific questions. The workshops offered at ISMAC focus on: grammar, phonetics, written expression, vocabulary, DELF/DALF/TCF preparation and oral expression.
Services
Parallel to their lessons, students can make an appointment with a teacher for an individual face-to-face “administrative support”, during this meeting, they will be able to explain a problem encountered during an administrative procedure and the teacher will give language and culture advice to better understand the French administration. Finally, the ISMAC school offers its students cultural outings in Paris to visit museums, districts, and fairs relating to French culture and gastronomy. These outings are the subject of exercises, individual challenges or groups of students supervised by the teacher.
How to manage my learning pace if I progress too quickly or too slowly?
At ISMAC, we understand that each student has their own learning pace. If you progress faster than expected, you have the option to change levels during the French Quarterly Exam, which takes place at least every 3 months. This allows you to adapt to your progression and face new challenges.
Our teachers are constantly attentive to the progress of each student. They closely follow your development and are there to support you. If you have specific requests or wish to discuss your learning journey, you have the option to request a meeting with the educational manager. We are here to help you achieve your linguistic goals in a personalized manner, adapted to your pace.

In addition, the documents and exercises done in class have been chosen to help students communicate in formal French in a professional situation.

DALF objective
Similar to the B2 level, the C1 level is a key moment in the learning of the students because the success of the DALF C1 will allow them to access French universities at the Master’s level. Extensive formula 10h/week
A0-C1 level
