Introduction
Goals
The Human Resources course aims to: qualify for the operational management of human resources; develop capacities for designing integrated strategies (psychosocial, cultural, technical and economic-financial) for the management and development of human resources at an organizational and social level; to promote skills of analysis and definition of human resources policies at the organizational and social level (local, regional and national).

RHNetwork - Social and professional network RH-Politécnico do Porto Closed social and professional network for sharing privileged information and professional support in Human Resources for students, graduates and professors of HR at Polytechnic of Porto.
RH Tutorial – Tutoring of undergraduate students in HR From the definition of an Individual Development Project (PDI) at the end of the 1st semester of the 1st year, a tutor(s) is assigned to each student, who/ will guide the development of transversal skills and employability throughout the 3 years of the degree.
RHSoftware Annual event to disseminate software for the Human Resources Management and Development area.
