Curriculum
The intensive course Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst is a modular Structure perfectly tailored to the needs of working participants.
The course lasts five months and is divided into four modules. Every module contains between 19 and 47 learning units. All modules come with one Exam completed in person.
All lectures and exams must be completed during your studies. Some lectures are held via video conference, others are available as webcasts regardless of time. The online format allows location and largely also Study independent of appointments.
You can study online either in German or English to complete the language.
Course Structure
You can complete the Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREA) program in just five months. The Blended Learning format of CREA, a combination of in-class sessions and computer-assisted learning, requires a total of 13 days, including two exam days. This format also includes 68 learning units through e-learning. Alternatively, the CREA program is available in a digital format, which covers 135 learning units through e-learning and two exam days held in person in Frankfurt. CREA Digital is offered in both German and English.
