Introduction

Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management (MSc)

The programme is aimed at providing gateway certification to entry-level management. It offers a service-learning/internship programme aimed at preparing practitioners and managers who have the potential for fast-tracking in the industry. Persons with this level of training are prepared to make their contribution to the hospitality sector both locally and internationally. Courses include Management of Business, Elements of marketing, Nutrition, Sanitation and Hygiene, Hospitality Industry, Spanish and Caribbean Business Environment.

2 year completion: For persons with a recognised diploma or associate degree in the discipline – (60 credits minimum)
