Starting in October this part-time Master Course for all students who want to train in general dental practice.

This postgraduate Master's programme, which is offered exclusively as a 90-ECTS course, is primarily aimed at young professionals and international dentists. The aim is to provide comprehensive, practical qualifications in all areas of dentistry. Students deepen their clinical skills in oral surgery, orthodontics, conservative dentistry, endodontics, periodontology and prosthetics – from laboratory and phantom training to patient treatment under supervision.

International Medical College – Dresden University of Technology performs postgraduate international Master's courses using a blended learning concept; theoretical contents (basic course and specialization course) are conveyed through our e-learning platform e-med via the internet, together with practical clinical courses, advanced training, online lectures, and online seminars in our own virtual conference system.

Each basic- and specialization module concludes with an exam. In addition, the students have to write a master's thesis and to pass the final oral exam.

While writing the master's thesis, you will be supported by a Learning-Management-Platform with a Master thesis Tutoring System.

The 90-ECTS programme expands the curriculum with in-depth scientific training (‘Scientific Working and Empirical Research’).
