The research aims to explain the basis of existing facts and strategies of socio-economic life, understand and forecast economic and political events by identifying and understanding the facts and trends that characterize the formation, evolution, and transformation of socio-economic systems and institutions, national and regional economies in historical aspect. Finally, it covers the analysis of trends and stages of development of economic thought concerning the socio-economic conditions of the relevant periods and the characteristics of various countries and peoples.
