The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’ is one of three NCFE-accredited qualifications.
It is modular in design, and has a strong focus on understanding equality legislation, leading diverse teams and workforce, EDI data analysis and reporting, and leadership for equity. It is intended to provide learners with knowledge and skills to interrogate and support their organisations’ equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) work.
Taught elements of the programme, and assessments, are approximately 120 hours and sessions are ‘taught’ in blocks of 2 or 3 hours.
To achieve the Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’, all module assignments must be undertaken and passed.
