Today, the luxury goods industry is a global market with flourishing health. Whether they are independent brands or major groups, these companies are looking for international managers capable of supporting growth on a global scale. This program is taught in French or in English. Its aim is to give students the skills they need to work in a complex, constantly changing environment!
Training Objectives
The luxury and fashion sector, flagship of the French industry, continues to progress and is now truly globalized. Groups, companies, SMEs and VSEs in this sector are looking for managers capable of leading a sustainable development strategy. This program, therefore, aims to train managers capable of dealing with a complex and changing environment where new technologies have an increasingly important role.
- Develop a marketing strategy focused on the customer experience (“Customer centric”);
- Lead the operational implementation of the customer experience strategy;
- Design and deploy the levers of loyalty in the service of performance;
- Manage the teams and federate around the concept of customer experience in agile mode;
- Coordinate and deploy the marketing strategy of customer experience in the luxury and fashion sector.
In addition to these common blocks of skills, we have added the following optional block:
- Coordinate and deploy customer experience marketing strategies in the luxury and fashion sectors
- How to obtain the certification by completing the competency blocks and/or by equivalent methods
Certification is obtained by:
- Validation of four blocks of skills common to all courses, plus a block of specialization depending on the candidate’s course (each block of skills must be passed with a mark of 10/20 or higher).
- A minimum 132-day work placement during the second year of the program (MSc 2).

What are the beginnings and study schedules?
Two intakes per year are organized, in February/March and September/October. To check the opening of each school year, contact the admissions service directly.
The pace of courses can differ depending on the campus and whether the training is carried out under an internship agreement (initial) or a professionalization/learning contract (continuous).
The work-study contract must be signed for a duration of 12 months (MSc 2) or 24 months (MSc1 + MSc 2).
