Overview
Diploma in Estate Management is the pioneer private programme accredited by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers (BOVAEP). As well as fully accredited by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE).
The graduates are fully exempted from taking the BOVAEP`s written examination and are eligible to register as Probationary Estate Agent with BOVAEP upon graduation.
Diploma in Estate Management is a professional programme preparing students for the practice of property valuation, property management, and real estate agency. The programme combines legal, technical, economic, financial and managerial knowledge domain in real estate industry. It offers sufficient fundamental knowledge and technical skill to graduates performing well in the disciplines at the professional level. Thus, the programme will enable those who admire to join the exciting and lucrative career in real estate industry, to obtain the necessary license for practicing real estate agents throughout Malaysia.
This diploma is also the pathway for graduates to directly enter into the second year of British honors degree programme in real estate management.
