Primary Nursing: Get ready for the ever-changing challenges of nursing. Recognize opportunities in the health sector and act as a change agent in healthcare facilities. We teach and broaden our competences: from research, ethical decision-making, clinical and professional leadership to interdisciplinarity, consultation and counseling to coaching and leadership.

You are not afraid to review existing work processes and task assignments, to strive for maximum process optimization as well as to increase efficiency and efficiency or to design interface management.


career paths

Depending on the respective occupational role, as a practitioner you can maintain specific patient populations with complex care needs or, as a researcher, carry out the development of clinical guidelines and standards in a specialist area. With the master's program ANP you also have the opportunity to complete an additional module in Nursing Management (which is the same as in § 26). This additional module enables you to take on strategic and operative tasks at all levels of care management in the intramural area.
