The Master prepares future business managers in the Fashion and Luxury sectors offering hands-on training in both strategy, management and operations. During the program, you will learn to:
- Analyze current business models, identifying their needs, critical issues, key success factores and integrate new models to optimize business development strategies.
- Develop and implement branding strategies in line with the brand’s uniqueness, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop collection architecture strategies, creating merchandising plans, and align them with market trends to drive brand identity and collection success.
- Master financial management in fashion, learning budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and profitability, while making data-driven decisions supporting brand development.
- Explore the various channels and touchpoints of fashion & luxury brands, focusing on operations such as fashion buying, sales, and digital management.

The Master Course is completely in English. During the whole course, an Italian-English bilingual Teaching Assistant will be available for both Italian and foreign students.

The internship is one of the most crucial aspects of the Master. Your internship will be a custom-fit opportunity, where you’ll be in a fashion & luxury company, involved in day-to-day operations, and gain hands-on experience that’s crucial for your career development. Each internship is shaped around a training project agreed upon between the Italian Institute of Fashion Management and the company, ensuring it aligns with both your academic goals and the company’s needs.
Throughout the process, you’ll be guided by mentors -- from IIFM and from within the company- who will provide personalized feedback to help you grow.

We’re looking for young graduates who are ready to step into the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of fashion and design. The Master is built for a diverse range of backgrounds—whether you're from business administration, STEMs, social sciences, design, or anything in between—because we will provide preparatory induction courses to facilitate all the students. Our goal is to foster a classroom environment that mirrors the diverse skill sets and cross-functional expertise found in fashion companies’ teams.
Valued at €10,500, the scholarships cover half of the €21,000 tuition fee and give selected students the opportunity to enroll in specialized courses taught by industry professionals.
